Music belongs in every school.
Happy Gives Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity that funds music education for children in K–12 schools. We raise charitable contributions through partnerships with mission-aligned businesses, and direct those funds to organizations that put instruments, instruction, and artist-led creative programming in front of students — with a focus on schools where arts and music funding has been cut back or was never there to begin with.
Our first initiative is a partnership with Gen C Coffee and Bloom Arts Foundation, with a goal of raising $1,000,000 for music programs in schools.

Turning everyday giving into music for kids.
Happy Gives Foundation exists to move funding into real creative opportunity. Our opening focus is simple and powerful. Through our partnership with Gen C Coffee and Bloom Arts Foundation, we help deliver music support into schools and into the lives of young people who deserve access to creativity.
A clean and focused model for funding music in schools through mission aligned partnership.
Give young people access to creativity, expression, and guidance through music centered programs.
Funds run through Happy Gives Foundation to support transparent mission delivery.
The Partnership
Happy Gives Foundation works in partnership with Gen C Coffee and Bloom Arts Foundation to turn everyday support into real music education for kids.
The First Project
Our first initiative channels funding into music in schools, helping deliver instruments, teaching support, artist led programming, and creative access for young people.
How It Flows
Funds move through Happy Gives Foundation and into mission aligned programming with Bloom, creating a clear giving path tied to measurable outcomes and real student impact.
What We Do
Happy Gives Foundation carries out its mission through four core activities.
Partnership Giving
We build giving partnerships with mission-aligned businesses so that everyday purchases and campaigns generate charitable support. Our current partners are Gen C Coffee and Purity Coffee.
Music Education Grantmaking
Contributions raised by the Foundation are granted to arts education organizations that deliver music programming inside schools. Bloom Arts Foundation is our program partner for our first initiative.
Instruments and Instruction
Grant funding is directed to the practical costs of school music — instruments, teaching support, and artist-led sessions — so that a student's participation does not depend on what their family can pay.
Donor Transparency
We publish our IRS status, EIN, and giving guidance publicly, and provide documentation and a gift acknowledgment letter for every contribution we receive.
A focused pilot to bring more music into schools.
This first project is all about practical impact. More music. More access. More possibility for kids. Happy Gives Foundation serves as the giving path. Gen C Coffee helps generate support. Bloom Arts Foundation helps bring the mission into motion through real educational and creative programming.
The goal is not vague goodness floating in the air like a nonprofit fog machine. The goal is actual support that reaches students and helps keep music alive where it matters most.
A simple partnership structure with a clear giving path.
This site is intentionally centered on one thing. The partnership. The initial project. The flow of support. Happy Gives Foundation receives and directs mission aligned funding so that Gen C Coffee and Bloom Arts Foundation can participate in a model built for long term impact.

Kids need creativity. Music gives them a real way in.
Happy Gives Foundation is built to help move resources toward meaningful, human centered work. This first partnership gives us a clean place to start and a strong story to stand on. Support music in schools. Support kids. Build a model that can keep giving.

Tax Deductible Giving↓
Happy Gives Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. According to IRS Publication 78, Happy Gives has deductibility code PC, which generally means contributions are tax deductible if you otherwise qualify to claim the deduction. The IRS treats PC organizations as public charities in the 50 percent limitation category.
For individual donors, the exact amount you can deduct depends on your tax situation and the type of gift. Under current IRS guidance, cash donations to qualifying public charities are generally deductible up to 60% of adjusted gross income, while some contributions may be subject to 50%, 30%, or 20% limits depending on the asset and circumstances.
Charitable deductions generally apply only if you itemize deductions on your tax return. Donors should keep records including the organization name, date, and amount.
If you are making a larger gift or donating property, it's smart to check with your tax advisor so you get the deduction right and do not let the IRS bonk you with avoidable confusion.
